Pale green diaspore crystals occur in small cavities within a white matrix densely covered with fine natrolite crystals. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"373\" data-end=\"656\">The diaspore crystals form compact aggregates with clearly visible crystal faces and a pronounced luster. Their fresh yellowish-green color stands out distinctly against the white natrolite. Several mineralized cavities are distributed across the front of the specimen.  <\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1wfls61\" data-start=\"658\" data-end=\"702\">Green Diaspore from Saga I Quarry<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"704\" data-end=\"930\">Diaspore is an aluminum oxide hydroxide that can occur in different colors. The green crystals in this specimen form a characteristic mineral association with the fine needle-like natrolite from the locality. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"932\" data-end=\"1082\">The specimen measures 3.9 \u00d7 3.4 \u00d7 1.8 cm and weighs 18.6 g.
