It weighs 210 g. <\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"qg0s0m\" data-start=\"2497\" data-end=\"2550\">Rhodochrosite from the Classic Huar\u00f3n Locality<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2552\" data-end=\"2777\">The Huar\u00f3n Mine is located in the mining district of the same name in the Pasco region of the central Andes of Peru. The district is an important polymetallic deposit and a classic source of Peruvian rhodochrosite specimens. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2779\" data-end=\"2994\">In addition to rhodochrosite, quartz, pyrite, and various sulfide minerals also occur there.
