Quartz (Rock Crystal) from Igea, La Rioja Province, Spain – Self-collected

This naturally grown rock crystal was collected near Igea in La Rioja Province, Spain, during the collector’s own fieldwork. The specimen consists of a single quartz crystal with a compact, well-balanced crystal habit and is presented on a black display base.

The crystal faces display a good natural lustre. Numerous internal growth and healing structures create an attractive appearance, producing delicate reflections and subtle flashes of colour under changing light conditions.
